Healthy Futures of Texas is excited to invite you to our 12th annual luncheon event. Healthy Futures has many Stars to appreciate, including our legislative champions, our City leaders, our amazing Board and staff, generous donors, and sponsors–and especially our incredible youth and parents that we work with! Join us for the Luncheon with the Stars where we will celebrate and thank each of our bright stars.
Luncheon with the Stars sustains Healthy Futures’ programs that allow young people to reach their goals and potential, including parent approved evidence-based health education programs in San Antonio, and education for the public and our leaders about what works to reduce teen and unplanned pregnancy.
Your support helps Healthy Futures of Texas serve more teens and parents in our community. Together, we can keep the rates of teen pregnancy declining. Together, we can bring San Antonio and Texas closer to the day that every young person can make healthy decisions, avoid teen pregnancy, and achieve their goals and dreams!

2019 Luncheon Awards
Estrella Award Winner
The Healthy Futures of Texas Estrella Award is given each year to an individual or organization who is a true star, making a positive difference for the health and well-being of young people in our community.
“Estrella” is Spanish for “star”, and the star theme is an important part of Healthy Futures as an organization. Healthy Futures helps youth focus on their goals and dreams. Healthy Futures knows that every teen and every parent is a star.
The Janet P. Realini Trailblazer Award is awarded to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding vision, dedication, and commitment to helping Texas youth, parents and women. The Trailblazer Award was developed to honor the visionary work of Dr. Janet Realini and to recognize individuals who dedicate themselves to providing visionary guidance, exceptional leadership, and are an inspiration to others. Through this award, Healthy Futures of Texas seeks to recognize those who enable our community to make a difference for youth and families in Texas and the nation.
